Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure the identification, preparation and distribution of needed Project Quality Plans and procedures in accordance with the Company Quality Management System (QMS).
2. Plan quality audits to check the correct implementation of the PQMS.
3. Conduct an external audit of Vendors' and Subcontractors' QMS.
4. Participate in Project Management meetings to ensure coordination between Quality activities and PM activities.
5. Supervise subcontractors and organisations in charge of the works.
6. Ensure management of site non-conformities.
7. Promote appropriate actions to prevent potential non-conformities and their causes.
8. Collect and analyse project quality data, also to organise and lead the Project Quality Management Review.
9. Ensure the management of the lessons learned process through the Reflex tool.
