This is an urgent requirement to cover a gap in the HR function whilst the business recruit on a permanent basis. The role will provide HR and Payroll administrative support and coordinate functions for the HR Manager, with key tasks that include:
1. Coordinate completion of time and attendance activities where required
2. The company contact for initial payroll queries
3. Recruitment and support during the interview process for more senior roles
4. Support the HR Manager in HR activities
5. Monthly maintenance of GDPR processing
6. Administration of all new starter and leaver paperwork, i.e. contracts, offers etc.
7. Co-ordinate basic levels of disciplinary action i.e. attendance reviews, investigations and mild misconduct sanctions
8. Submission of monthly pension contributions with maintenance of starters and leavers
9. Monthly HR KPI submission for presentation by the HR Manager at the weekly Management Meeting
10. Processing of new starters and leavers on payroll and internal systems
11. Employee survey coordinator and presentation
