What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a flexible, customer‑service‑oriented Sales Assistant (Counter Associate) to join our "extraOrdinary" team in Boots White City. Experience in retail, department stores, luxury, fragrance, beauty, fashion, or luxury goods is highly desirable and ideally within the Fragrance, Beauty, Fashion, and Luxury Goods sectors.
This is a 15‑hour‑a‑week part‑time position (3 days per week) and a temporary contract until May 2026.
Responsibilities
* Greet all customers with enthusiasm and professionalism reflecting DECIEM’s vision.
* Determine customer needs and suggest suitable products.
* Deliver excellent service, maintain standards of quality, customer service, and health and safety.
* Educate customers about DECIEM brands and products.
* Manage customer feedback and queries.
* Assist in maintaining counter cleanliness and organization.
* Adhere to merchandising concepts.
* Ensure tidiness standards are maintained.
* Handle product refunds and address customer issues positively.
* Develop meaningful relationships with department managers and clients through high‑standard communication.
Skills & Qualifications
* Comfortable engaging customers and applying products in consultations.
* Strong multi‑tasking and professional customer service.
* Desire to spread brand awareness.
