The role
As a Business Analyst at Halfords, you’ll be part of our Technology Delivery & Projects team, working at the heart of how we translate business needs into technology solutions. From in-store till system changes to workforce management platforms, you’ll engage with stakeholders across the group to understand and document business processes and requirements that drive and support change. It’s a role with real ownership, where you’ll often be the sole Business Analyst on a project, trusted to shape the approach and see it through.
You’re confident working in a fast-paced environment, with proven experience as a Business Analyst and strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall software delivery methodologies, and know how to map processes, create user stories, and turn complex ideas into clear, actionable documentation. Above all, you’re a communicator and collaborator who is comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, presenting findings, and building strong relationships.
This is a chance to make your mark in a role with real variety, autonomy and visibility. You’ll join a supportive Business Analysis team but work independently day to day, trusted to lead your own engagements while learning from experienced leads. If you thrive on change, enjoy problem-solving, and want to play a key part in shaping technology solutions across an established retail business, we’d love to hear from you.
