Title: Head of Client Services
Working pattern: full-time, hybrid
Holiday: 28 days, bank holiday swaps
Training: up to £1,000 a year
We are looking for a talented Head of Client Services to support the Managing Director in shaping and steering the business to the next level. You will need to have an understanding of our creative services and experience of working with large corporates. As a film agency, we often have to turn up hours before shoots and stay late. We work in a hybrid way and operate 2 + 1 approach. This means we have two fixed days together each week in our Hampshire office (Monday and Tuesday) with another day in the office or on location where needed (for ideas, shoots or client work). You will be asked to change direction, attend early and late shoots and travel. You will have more than five years’ experience in the creative sector; You will understand that you will play a central part in helping reshape the business.
Lead day-to-day projects with the creative and client teams.
Manage clients with a focus on identifying and solving problems, build trust by reacting quickly to emails and calls.
Budgeting and costing projects at speed when enquiries come in.
