Students attending the Guardian Pathway have faced significant challenges in mainstream education and have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) in place. Help implement individual behaviour and support plans in line with EHCPs.

Work collaboratively with teachers, pastoral staff, and the wider team to support each student’s academic and emotional development.

Proven experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs or in alternative education settings.

Patience, empathy, and a commitment to helping young people overcome barriers to learning.

Full-time availability and willingness to be part of a consistent, reliable support team.
