Chef De Partie Position
Overview
This picturesque village gastro pub is seeking a creative and talented Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team. The property emphasizes locally sourced produce, often from their own land, and is proud of its seasonal game dishes prepared on-site by professional chefs.
Responsibilities and Requirements
* Must have NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent and experience as a Chef de Partie.
* Must be passionate about food presentation and maintaining high standards.
* Responsible for supporting the Head Chef in a busy, inspirational kitchen environment.
* Experience with fresh produce and hygiene certification required.
* Applicants should be based in or working in the UK, with valid right to work, such as UK/EU citizenship, ILR/PR status, or a work permit with at least 2 years remaining.
