Maintenance Operative£30,000Monday - Friday09:00 - 17:00Our client, based in Hove, is seeking a Handy person to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate, operating a varied portfolio of buildings and apartments. The successful candidate will be required to drive with their own vehicle and own tools and follow a daily schedule of maintenance tasks.ResponsibilitiesPerforming a variety of maintenance tasksGeneral DIYInspect, diagnose and repair faulty fixturesFixing locks, stair treads, letter boxesAdhere to safety procedures and regulationsRequirementsHold full, current driving licence and own vehicle (company cover mileage allowance for fuel)Own tools requiredPrevious experience as a multiskilled handy person Basic carpentry skills Hard working individual Good time managementAbility to work independently
