JOB PURPOSE We are looking for a Marketing Manager for the Breakbulk Portfolio that will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance our market presence, drive lead generation, and ultimately contribute to revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging various channels to effectively reach target audiences. Additionally, this role will analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for innovation. This role sits within the Breakbulk marketing team, with this person also working closely with the central digital marketing team, sales team and content team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Stemming from the strategic marketing plan objectives, manage and oversee delivery, of the campaign and media plans for the event, ensuring targeted messaging and activity plans per customer segment and journey, ensuring that this drives profitable customer acquisition, customer experience and retention. Manage the relationships and delivery of media partnerships, liaising with designers, providing collateral and monitoring execution. Build strong meaningful partnerships with these partners to elevate new data potential. Copywriting for Breakbulk digital campaigns including show publications, visitor email campaigns and digital content on the website. Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, sponsorship initiatives and website content, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our exhibiting at Breakbulk. Work with key external suppliers and internal teams: PR, designers and internal automation and digital teams to ensure all channels are effectively optimised to produce the best results with the most effective spend. Lead and work with the campaign teams (digital, creative, automation, social and PR) and Marketing Executive to ensure efficient and effective delivery against the integrated strategic marketing plan Ensure strong communication with the Marketing team at all times, including managing meetings to review activity, spend and results, and agree on plans to optimise where needed. With the Senior Marketing Manager track and analyse marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, optimise performance, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
