Were looking for a commercially minded Senior Product Developer with strong apparel expertise across menswear and womenswear to join a fast-growing product and sourcing team based in Watford. Youll take ownership from concept through to production, working on performance-led apparel collections with international suppliers and high-profile licensed brands.
What Youll Be Doing
* Driving product development across multi-season apparel collections
* Collaborating closely with design, sourcing, and operations teams
* Managing fit, fabrics, trims, construction, and supplier communication
* Owning critical path deadlines from proto to production
* Reviewing lab dips, strike-offs, PP samples, and garment approvals
* Supporting costings, FOB negotiations, and supplier allocation
* Ensuring products meet premium quality and performance standards
What Were Looking For
* 5+ years experience in apparel product development
* Background in sportswear, activewear, or athleisure
* Strong knowledge of garment construction and fit
* Experience working with Far East suppliers
