About the Role
2BEnterprising is looking for a fluent Welsh-speaking Educator to join our team and deliver our fully bilingual enterprise education programme to primary schools across Wales and England. You'll be engaging with 5–11-year-olds, bringing our workshops to life, and helping children build confidence, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
This is a part-time, permanent role, with an average of 3-4 days per week delivering workshops in schools and possibly some office-based days for administrative tasks. Travel will be required across the UK.
If we have multiple suitable applicants looking for part-time, we will consider two part-time roles to fill this post.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Fluent in Welsh (spoken and written)
Confident and engaging when working with primary schools
A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Willing and able to travel across Wales and England
Organised, punctual and proactive, able to manage admin tasks efficiently
Passionate about education and developing enterprise skills in young people
Qualifications and experience:
Teaching qualification or experience working with young children.
Any relevant classroom experience.
Full UK driver licence (insurance for business purposes necessary).
Positive attitude towards teaching and inspiring others
