The Role
You’ll support regional marketing strategy across the Midlands, working directly with the Managing Director to execute campaigns that showcase complex regeneration work. This means maintaining brand standards across all regional materials while contributing to business development and profile-building activities.
Your responsibilities span campaign coordination, event management, and day-to-day marketing operations. You’ll help align project marketing with national standards, design regional campaigns, and represent the business at local industry events. The role includes supporting award submissions and fostering collaboration between the regional team and the wider marketing function.
The Package
* £30,000 – £35,000
* Hybrid working: 4 days in the office

The Person
You’re a marketing professional with B2B experience, likely from property, construction, or professional services. You’ve supported marketing campaigns and materials production, handled stakeholder communication, and coordinated events.
You’re comfortable working autonomously on campaign execution and want to contribute more meaningfully to client relationships rather than feeling like a messenger between teams.
