Responsibilities
* Provide professional hair cutting, colouring, and styling services tailored to individual client needs.
* Maintain a clean and organised workstation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
* Upsell salon products and services to enhance client experience and boost sales.
* Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay updated on the latest trends and techniques.
* Mentor junior stylists or apprentices as needed, sharing your expertise to foster their growth within the industry.
* Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon environment that encourages creativity and teamwork.
