Job Overview:
We are looking for a T2 Technician who will act as an on-site IT Support Engineer, providingdesktop and end-user support services. The role involves working either as partof a team or as the single point of contact for site-related IT issues, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and meeting room technologies.

Key Responsibilities
1. Act as on-site IT support, either independently or within a team
2. Perform desktop hardware installations, upgrades, and swaps
3. Provide desk-side support for hardware and software issues
4. Handle walk-up user queries efficiently and professionally
5. Initiate automated builds and post-login configurations for laptops
6. Coordinate hardware repairs via defined warranty processes
7. Maintain accurate system records in ServiceNow and follow strict processes
