Your new companyA fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Sales Call Centre Team Leader/Telesales Manager to join a dynamic and customer-focused Financial Services organisation based in Brighton to support a team in delivering excellence in outbound sales and retention. Your new roleAs a Sales Team Leader you'll lead a team of 5-10 Advisors, driving outbound sales performance and revenue growth across multiple product lines. You'll be responsible for:
* First-line supervision and performance management of your team
* Delivering against strategic objectives, quality measures, and sales targets
* Championing outbound sales activity and collaborating with internal stakeholders
* Providing accurate management information (MI) to optimise business opportunities
* Ensuring compliance, training, and continuous development of your team
* Supporting cross-sale strategy and retention initiatives
* Monitoring risk metrics and maintaining high standards of customer service
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven track record in sales leadership within a call centre environment
* Strong understanding of CRM systems and contact centre technologies
* Experience managing risk, complaints, and compliance in a regulated environment
* Ability to analyse performance data and implement process improvements
* Skilled in delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining CPD standards
* Collaborative mindset and ability to work across departments
What you'll get in returnYou'll receive a competitive salary of £35,000 and work a 37.5-hour week across two rotating shifts: Week One runs Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 5:30, while Week Two runs Monday to Thursday from 10:00 to 6:30 and Friday from 9:00 to 5:30. This is a fully on-site role. While parking is not provided, there is a local parking option available at £27.50 per month.
