As School Business Manager, you will lead on financial planning and budget management, ensuring resources are used strategically to maximise impact for our pupils. Working closely with the Headteacher and Trustees, you will contribute to long-term strategic planning while overseeing daily operations, compliance, and premises management. You will also lead and develop our support staff team, ensuring efficient systems, strong governance, and the highest standards of safeguarding and operational excellence. Requirements To be considered for the Business Manager, Any of the educational systems: SIMS/BROMCOM/ARBOUR or similar PS FINACIALS, ACCESS EDUCATION, SAGE Strategic thinking and planning Strong financial management and budgeting skills Clear and confident communication Effective leadership and team development within a school or Health setting.
