LogiKal Hong Kong is seeking motivated, flexible, and personable Project Controls Consultants to contribute to large‑scale, complex projects in Hong Kong. This is an excellent opportunity for project experts with strong experience in Project Controls, Planning, Reporting, Cost, or Commercial Management to contribute to dynamic projects in one of the world’s most vibrant cities.
Relocation to Hong Kong is offered for this role.
Responsibilities
* Work across multiple sectors and on multiple projects to broaden experience and capability over time
* Develop and maintain project schedules, cost controls, risk management, and reporting
* Perform analysis and interrogation of schedules and costs
* Develop Project Controls systems and train clients in the use of reports
* Support Project Managers to deliver projects
* Maintain project reporting requirements
* Ensure performance is positive and proactive, delivering high‑impact service
* Support clients and provide LogiKal services wherever needed in project delivery
Qualifications
* Must have 3+ years of project experience
* Transportation, Infrastructure or Commercial experience
* Good understanding of the benefits and application of project planning and project controls
* High level IT skills and experience using planning/cost/risk software (e.g., Primavera P6, Prism, ARM)
* Ability to work in a high‑pressure environment
* Confident communicator (verbal and written)
* Reliable and adaptable to change
* Positive, can‑do attitude

* Bachelor’s degree
* Experience working for a consultancy
* Experience creating dashboards – Power BI / Tableau
* Professional Membership
* Proficiency in Cantonese (written and verbal)
