Recruitment Consultant
Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 per annum (plus bonus‑based incentive scheme)
Location: Codsall, Wolverhampton
Contract: Permanent, Full‑Time

As a Recruitment Consultant based in our Codsall office, you’ll:
* Review a high volume of applications for Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, and Registered Nurses
* Screen multiple candidates daily through in‑depth conversations, ensuring skills and experience match our needs
* Make high‑volume outbound (warm) calls to new and previous applicants—no cold calling required
* Hit and surpass set targets around interview bookings and driving our care services’ growth
* Adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining top productivity
Key Requirements
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a recruitment or sales environment
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑focused approach
* Proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Office suite
* Ability to manage a high‑volume workload and adapt to shifting priorities
* Self‑motivated, resilient, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
