ROLE: Multi Skilled Engineer (HVAC/Commercial Gas Bias)
HOURS: 40 hours per week
LOCATION: Manchester including Stockport, Trafford, Bolton and Warrington (Applicant should be located within 30 mins from Manchester City Centre)

We're looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer with a HVAC and Commercial Gas bias who will maintain and repair all operational equipment within high street retail stores in Manchester.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and repair all operational equipment within high street retail stores in Manchester
2. Deliver the highest level of service for the client, answering queries and keeping them informed of site activities
3. Oversee planned PPM and compliance works
4. Assist contractors and sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations
5. Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time
6. Effectively prioritise your own workload whilst assisting other engineers/staff with their duties as required
7. Adopt a flexible, proactive and positive approach to work and working hours
Required Qualifications:
8. Qualified at a City & Guilds level 2/3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration/HVAC, along with Commercial Gas tickets with experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment
9. Good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance and ability to apply this to the role
10. Committed to the delivery of excellent customer service
11. Able to carry tools and equipment by hand of up to 20kg
12. Able to ascend/descend vertical access equipment and work at heights
13. Available to join a call out rota
14. Hold a full UK driving licence
