This role involves working in a small team to deliver high-quality transmission components, mainly for the motorsport and aerospace industries, with a right-first-time philosophy. Key Responsibilities Interpret and inspect components from technical drawings and planning route cards to the highest quality and within routed timeframes. Perform inspections using manual measuring equipment and table work to verify parts against drawing or planning requirements. Operate and contribute to laser crack detection processes. Support small-batch, high-precision inspection of prismatic transmission components. Contribute to problem solving, continuous improvement, and supporting wider team objectives.
