About this role:


Job Overview

This Merchandising Admin Assistant - Non Retail position involves overseeing the delivery process and ensuring products are available as planned. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams, monitor stock through the manufacturing process, and provide administrative support to the Merchandising Manager.


Main Responsibilities

* Collaborate with Buying team, Suppliers, and Atelier to ensure smooth stock progression and quality control.
* Provide consistent administrative support to the Merchandising team, aiding in daily tasks and operational needs.
* Work with Distribution Centre team to manage delivery schedules and oversee critical path, ensuring timely product arrivals.
* Perform regular analyses to support inventory management and buying decisions, adapting strategies based on insights.
* Assist in creating size assessments and determining size scales for purchase orders, guided by the Merchandiser's expertise.
* Support Merchandising Manager in managing store stock-holding, optimising stock usage throughout the season & ensuring appropriate sample management.
* Help manage products and packages online, ensuring smooth launches for new ranges and maintaining existing products and packages.
* Assist in maintaining strong stock availability across Hire & Custom Made, including monitoring warehousing stock write offs, damages and repairs activity.


Requirements

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience with complex data analysis, utilising advanced analytical skills to interpret and leverage data insights.
* Experience in multitasking and adaptability within fast-paced environments.
* Knowledge in commercial awareness and industry trends, informing strategic decisions.
