Job Description
As a Lead Planner, your day-to-day tasks will include preparing, reviewing and monitoring appointments, visits and completions to ensure adherence to the deadlines and timescales, liaising with the client and wider team, ensuring all relevant parties are informed of latest updates. You will work with a team of 3 planners, reporting into the Contracts Manager. As a Lead Planner, you will ensure all roles and responsibilities within the team are fullfilled and daily targets and KPIs are met. You will be required to make contact via email and telephone on a daily basis.
Qualifications
* 2+ years of relevant administration experience
* Knowledge of Microsoft Project and other similar software programs
* Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
* Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
* Understanding of building regulations preferred but not essential
