Join us as an Associate Banker on a 12-month contract within our Mid-Corporate team in Sheffield.
Corporate Banking supports clients, large local companies, financial institutions, and multinationals in non-UK markets. You will support and contribute to the growth of one or more relationship-managed portfolios across UK Corporate Banking. This involves working closely with Bankers and Associate Bankers to enhance customer satisfaction and advocacy, utilizing support functions proactively to position us as the ‘go-to’ bank.

To support Relationship Directors and managers in growing their portfolios and maximizing the client experience by maintaining excellence in all activities.

* Enhance and strengthen controls, working with Relationship Directors to proactively identify and manage risks.
* Manage relationships with Product and Group Partners, delivering products and services aligned with client needs and balancing short- and long-term considerations.
* Support Relationship Managers/Directors with client contact strategies, reviews, and account plans.
* Drive positive customer scores through quality service and promote digital adoption.
* Participate in training to develop banking product knowledge, financial analysis, and relationship management skills.
* Maintain industry knowledge relevant to the portfolio and support team initiatives.
