Job Introduction
We are seeking a Technical Operations Manager to lead and support manufacturing processes. This role is key in ensuring timely, high-quality, and compliant production activities. You will oversee the transfer of new processes to the plant, manage continuous improvement initiatives, and lead a team of process chemists.

Requirements:
* BSc in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related scientific field.
* At least 10 years’ experience in GMP manufacturing, process support, or QA/QC roles.
* Deep knowledge of process chemistry, scale-up, and regulatory standards.
* Proven leadership and management capabilities.
* Strong understanding of process validation, operational excellence, and troubleshooting.
* Advanced knowledge of chemical engineering fundamentals and process optimization.
* Experience with technology transfer and continuous improvement methodologies.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure all activities comply with health, safety, and environmental standards. Participate in safety reviews and contribute to investigations of EHS events.
Quality Assurance:
Maintain GMP compliance, oversee change control, and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and CAPAs. Lead process validation and ensure inspection readiness.
Process Management:
Manage transfer and scale-up of new processes, generate transfer documents, support validation batches, and oversee ongoing production.
Continuous Improvement:
Monitor process performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support new technology integration.
Leadership and Training:
Manage and mentor a team of process chemists and operations staff, providing training on new processes.
Collaboration:
Work cross-functionally with operations, engineering, quality, safety, and commercial teams to achieve objectives.
Project Management:
* Develop and oversee project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
* Lead meetings and escalate issues when necessary.
Customer Coordination:
* Act as primary contact for customers, providing updates and managing change orders.
Risk Management:
* Create risk registers and implement mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement:
* Align internal departments on project goals and timelines, and lead cross-functional teams.
