Job details; As part of the Centre for Professional Practice you will help to develop, deliver, and promote effective and robust quality assurance processes across Children's Social Care to ensure improvements to practice and service delivery, resulting in improved outcomes for children and young people. Assist in developing the practice of front-line practitioners and managers with the aim of supporting a routine and systematic approach to understanding service impacts and outcomes that are required to deliver high quality and consistent service planning. Support individual and organisational learning; evaluate the impact on practice and support practice initiatives. An exemplary practitioner with extensive and varied experience, you will provide constructive challenges to enhance social work practice, procedures, policies, and standards; promote innovation and new ways of working across the Children's Services. The post holder should have, or be willing to develop, specialist knowledge of an area of childcare practice, which can be used across the service.
