About the Role:

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
Role requirements:
* A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
* Proven track record recruiting across all organizational levels, including senior leadership roles.
* Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Strong direct sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database applications.
* Solid understanding of HR best practices and metrics.
Preferred Qualifications:
* English: Native or Proficient level (mandatory).
* Additional languages highly valued, such as French, German, or Spanish.
* Experience with ATS.
* Experience supporting a multi-site environment with multiple business units and managers.
* Background in Logistics or Transportation industry in a recruiter or HR Generalist role.
