Learning & Development (L&D) Advisor
Location: Barrow-in-Furness, BAE Systems
Pay Rate: £35.55 PAYE or £47.86 Umbrella
Duration: 12 months
Working Arrangements: 3-5 days on site
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of L&D initiatives that meet the business's strategic priorities.
* Provide day-to-day guidance and advice to managers and employees on learning and development opportunities.
* Assist in designing, coordinating, and evaluating training solutions.
* Maintain accurate records of learning activities and support reporting requirements.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment of L&D activities with organisational objectives.
Knowledge Requirements
* Solid understanding of L&D practices and processes within a business environment.
* Awareness of how the HR and L&D functions integrate to meet organisational objectives.
* Knowledge of team roles and how they contribute to shared goals.
* Understanding of organisational strategy to ensure L&D solutions support business needs.
* Willingness and ability to provide support to the wider team when required.
