About You Here at Shoots Training Team, it is our trainers that are the first point of contact for their learners. We are looking for someone who has:- A level 3 qualification in Early Years / Education, or equivalent, is essential and you will have significant occupational competency in the Early Years / Education sector. Experience in training and assessing Early Years to Level 5 standard and functional skills up to Level 2 is desirable. You will have an understanding of E-Learning Portfolios and be extremely passionate about delivering good quality training. A teaching qualification (e.g AET, PTLLS) and assessing qualification (e.g A1,CAVA) is essential. Experience in leadership and Management. You must have superb time-keeping skills and able to work on your own initiative, prioritising your workload at all times. IT competency Due to the nature of this role, you will need to possess your own vehicle and hold a valid Driver’s Licence and be willing to travel across your region.
