Responsibilities
* Collaborate within the UX team to tackle meaningful, complex problems and translate them into simple, intuitive designs.
* Engage in proper discovery and validation, working with engineers to build high-quality, lasting solutions.
* Connect directly with customers to understand their needs and ship solutions that have a genuine impact on their work.
* Own design decisions and communicate the "why" behind them to stakeholders and team members.
* Contribute to a culture of continuous feedback, learning, and improvement in a low-ego environment.
Qualifications
* Experience as a mid-level or Senior UX Designer, with a track record of shipping products and collaborating in a continuous development environment.
* Strong communication skills, able to clearly and persuasively articulate the reasons behind design decisions.
* Experience with user research as an ongoing conversation that informs decisions.
* Ability to work autonomously and with a pragmatic approach to design, choosing effective tools and processes.
* Experience with technical applications, developer tools, or SaaS products is a plus.
