Your Role:
As a Transport Administrator, you'll collaborate closely with managers, various departments, and the wider team to create seamless solutions that enhance our delivery service. This is an onsite position, and you'll be part of a dedicated team of administrators, working together across shifts to keep everything on track.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support drivers post-delivery with thorough debriefs and accurate performance metrics.
* Manage filing and paperwork preparation with precision.
* Communicate professionally via phone, handling both incoming and outgoing calls confidently.
* Utilize your computer skills to enter data and process invoices and credit notes.
What We’re Looking For:
We need someone with a proactive mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces change to elevate the overall customer experience. To excel in this role, you should:
* Be a strong communicator with previous customer service experience.
* Have a solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook and Excel (experience with ERP systems like SAP or D365 is a plus).
* Possess experience in fleet or distribution (not mandatory, but advantageous).
