In addition, you will be communicating with other departments and your key responsibilities will be: Process invoices, purchase orders and expense claims in line with company procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and filing systems. Assisting with month end and year end closing processes including reconciliations. Support in the preparations of budgets, forecasts and financial reports. Monitor accounts receivable and payable, following up on outstanding balances. Assist with internal and external audits by preparing documentation and reports. Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. Respond to queries from staff, suppliers and other stakeholders regarding financial transactions.
