Trainee Accounts Assistant
Pertemps are working with an established Manufacturing business based in Southampton who are recruiting for a Trainee Accounts Assistant to join their team. This is a full time, permanent position.
Responsibilities as a Trainee Accounts Assistant:
Reconciliation of sales invoice with despatch notes and chasing proof of delivery
Reconciliation of purchase invoices with internal purchase orders
Raise tenant invoices, maintaining a record of their electricity and gas usage
Assist with maintaining the work order database
General office duties; including, filing, scanning and reception duties
Provide administrative support
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 GCSE’s or above
Proven administration experience
Confident Microsoft user
Interest in accounts or studying AAT
Enthusiastic and keen to learn
Excellent attention to detail
The Trainee Accounts Assistant role:
Starting Salary of £26,227.50
Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm
20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (rising up to 25 days with length of service)
