How you'll make an impact From day one, you'll get stuck into real finance work - building up your technical skills while contributing to the success of a growing business. Core responsibilities : Bank reconciliations Staff expenses processing and checking (lots of exposure due to a consultant-heavy business model) Petty cash and supplier payments Sales invoicing and purchase ledger management Month-end routines and journals Year-end audit preparation Unique opportunities to stand out : Get involved in building Power BI dashboards, turning raw data into insight for decision-making. Help shape how the finance team uses AI and Copilot to automate tasks and unlock efficiencies - you'll be joining a company already ahead of the curve with these tools. As you progress, take on more month-end responsibilities and play a bigger part in producing the monthly management accounts. Work closely with leaders who are open to fresh ideas - if you spot a better way of doing things, they'll want to hear it.
