* Assisting with running of the practice ensuring that customer service is at the top of your agenda
* Manage store opportunities and reporting directly to the general manager
* Helping with target setting, monitoring and driving the business forward
* Staff training and keeping the team motivated and engaged
* Administration responsibilities and compliance
* Optical experience and previous experience in leadership roles
* Excellent communication skills and self-motivated
* Confident, friendly and organise
