About the role
In this varied and rewarding position, you'll provide vital support to our Financial Advisers and Paraplanner, helping them maximise their time with clients. Your day-to-day work will include attending client meetings, conducting research, preparing recommendations, and building strong relationships with clients, providers, and third parties.
Key responsibilities
* Undertake research and analysis to meet client needs and objectives, including cashflow modelling.
* Support the Financial Advisers in preparing and presenting client financial plans, including completing illustrations and applications for new business.
* Attend client meetings with Financial Advisers when required.
* Prepare simple wealth suitability reports on behalf of the Financial Advisers including obtaining illustrations and application paperwork.
* Manage pre- and post-advice meeting requirements, such as updating client fact finds, fund switches, and Bed & ISA transactions.
* Liaise with product providers and other third parties as required.
* Own and resolve client queries.
* Prepare and maintain compliant client files.
* Prepare for on-going advice meetings.
* Support the Client Services Administrators in their day-to-day activities.
* Provide regular status updates to clients.
* Ensure business is processed efficiently and within agreed timescales.
What we're looking for
* Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
* Experience working in a Wealth Practice.
* Familiarity with provider platforms and processing business.
* Strong technical and product knowledge.
* A collaborative, confident team player with excellent communication skills.
* High attention to detail and understanding of compliance and risk management.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and staying up to date with industry changes.

Pay: £32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
