In a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties: Management of sub-contractors & direct operatives Admin tasks Manage delivery of works to specification Have several direct reports to manage including RLO's and office staff Pre & post inspections of works Health & safety & quality checks Sign off Properties after works have been completed Conduct Regular toolbox talks with the team Monthly Van inspections Ensure compliance within the company following company policies and procedures Health and Safety compliance maintained Allocation of maintenance tasks and ensuring tasks are getting completed effectively and efficiently. A valid SSSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required.
