Who We're Looking For We want educators who are: Qualified teachers or experienced tutors (QTS desirable but not essential) Skilled in SEN support within EYFS / Early Years Confident adapting curriculum to meet diverse learning needs Patient, empathetic, and consistent in approach Passionate about academic progress through personalised strategiesExperience supporting needs such as ASD, speech & language delays, or developmental differences is highly valued.
