Were looking for a hands-on Mechanical Production Engineer to support the transition of products from design into production and ensure efficient, high-quality manufacturing.
This role suits a practical engineer who enjoys working across teams, improving processes, and keeping production running smoothly.
The Role
1. Support products from design through to full production.
2. Improve manufacturing methods and drive continuous improvement.
3. Create and maintain assembly, test, and production documentation.
4. Work closely with production, quality, suppliers, and purchasing.
5. Support FATs, quality checks, and process control activities.
6. Maintain accurate production records and documentation systems.
What Youll Need
7. Mechanical engineering background (qualification preferred).
8. Hands-on experience assembling and testing mechanical products.
9. Ability to read drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.
10. Strong understanding of production, quality, and manufacturing processes.
11. Confident using MS Office; CAD experience (Inventor or similar) is a bonus.
12. Organised, practical, and detail-focused.
