Tennial Personnel is seeking an experienced Assistant Plant Nursery Manager to join our clients prestigious nursery and arboretum in Campsea Ashe. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with an earlier finish during winter months. Weekend work is required on a rota basis from April to October. The position starts as temporary to permanent, with the opportunity for a permanent role following a 12-week probation period.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Nursery Manager in implementing growth and production plans to ensure the nursery thrives.
Manage daily horticultural tasks, including weeding, irrigation, feeding, pruning, pest and disease control, while maintaining accurate records.
