Your Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join a neighbourhood community social work team. You will be empowering our residents to live Glorious Ordinary Lives through our work within the Care Act. We work closely with our communities and key partners such as health and proud to do so. You will work within the Care Act to complete assessments, reviews and lead on safeguarding work.

Neighbourhood teams work with adults over the age of 18 and work within the Care Act, complete assessments, reviews and Safeguarding work. The successful applicant’s appointment will be subject to satisfactory pre-employment clearances including a Disclosure and Barring Service check.

Stockport Council holds a Visa sponsorship licence but this can only be used for certain roles and this campaign does not currently qualify.
