Teaching Personnel is delighted to be working in partnership with a welcoming, inclusive, and forward-thinking primary school in Middleton. The school is looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join their team from September.

The Role
As a Year 4 Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons tailored to Key Stage 2 learners
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing clear and constructive feedback
* Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance outcomes across the school
* Contribute to CPD opportunities and the wider school community
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Can effectively differentiate learning to meet a range of abilities
* Demonstrates secure curriculum knowledge and strong teaching practice
* Is confident using technology to enhance learning
* Exhibits strong classroom management and leadership skills
Essential Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 4 desirable, though ECTs with relevant placements are encouraged to apply)
* A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, inclusive education
