Teaching Personnel are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to support a variety of Primary schools across Lancaster. Whether you're available immediately or planning ahead for a September 2026 start, we have flexible opportunities to suit you.
About the Role
As a Supply Teacher, you will:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
* Create a positive and supportive classroom environment.
* Maintain behaviour in line with school policies.
* Experience different school settings to build confidence and develop professionally.
Both day‑to‑day supply and longer‑term placements are available, with options for full-time or part-time work.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
* Strong classroom management skills and a proactive, flexible attitude.
* A passion for supporting pupils’ learning and wellbeing.
* An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
