The Role
The Deputy House Leader will be responsible for leading and supporting young people with diverse abilities many of whom may have experienced trauma or Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) in a supportive living environment. Our client's supported living accommodation properties offer a range of support, from high needs through to a move on model, all of which are designed with the young people at their heart and to ensure they develop the skills necessary for independent living.
This role requires a trauma-informed approach, providing compassionate, hands-on assistance while promoting safety, stability, and empowerment. The Deputy House Leader will also support the House Leader in supervising a team of support staff, ensuring the highest quality of support is delivered and that the individual needs and wellbeing of each young person are consistently met.
