Area Property Operations Manager
Contract Length: 6 months initial contract, may extend

We are seeking experienced Area Property Operations Managers to join on an initial 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary liaison with clients and suppliers, conducting regular site visits to ensure the effective delivery of hard and soft Facilities Management (FM) services.
* Oversee facilities operations, including security, maintenance, and support services, ensuring the needs of the organisation, employees, and visitors are consistently met.
* Monitor and report on performance across safety, cost, programme, and quality metrics; identify deviations and implement corrective actions as required.
* Manage the preparation, approval, and issuance of technical specifications and safety documentation, ensuring compliance from review through to implementation.
