Role Overview
proAV are a leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships globally.
Our immediate requirement is for an experienced Events AV Technician to be a key part of our London team, representing proAV and working onsite.
One of many openings available at proAV (who have over team members globally), this position is based within our end user’s organisation who continue to invest in state-of-the-art technologies, services, and training.
This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional, experienced Events AV Technician to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance the service at every opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
1. End User Support.
2. Event setup and support.
3. To work with proAV technical teams to provide accurate technical advice when required.
4. To carry out detailed regular room checks.
5. Meeting room support for VIP’s.
6. Coordination of software/firmware upgrades.
7. Provide technical support to AV/VC users.
8. Supporting video conference calls including liaising with remote offices in respect to the setup and running of video. conference calls (technologies include Prime Video / Intercall / Blue Jeans and WebEx).
9. To assist/manage with all ads/moves/changes (small works) onsite.
10. To ensure any changes are implemented seamlessly as per the agreed requirement and with minimal impact on the business.
11. To ensure users are trained in the operation of AV/VC technologies deployed to site.
12. To monitor the quality of the services delivered via the technology deployed.
13. To undertake manufacturer training courses as appropriate to ensure knowledge base is maintained.
Hours of work
hours per week, hours a day on a rotational shift basis between am-pm, including an hour unpaid break, Monday-Friday.
