Job Description The Product Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive the success of our product portfolio. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and customer support to ensure our products are effectively positioned in the market, resonate with our target audiences, and achieve growth objectives. Key Responsibilities Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform product positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies. Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that clearly communicates the value proposition and differentiates our products from competitors. Marketing Strategy: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote products, including go-to-market strategies, product launches, and promotional activities. Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging marketing materials such as product brochures, website content, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations. Sales Enablement: Support the sales team by providing training, tools, and resources to effectively sell products. Develop sales collateral and assist in crafting sales pitches and presentations. Campaign Management: Plan and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, events) to drive product awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and product initiatives. Use data to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies. Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback and behavior to continuously refine product marketing strategies and ensure alignment with customer needs and preferences. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure product marketing efforts align with product development and business goals. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. Experience: Proven experience (2 -5 years) in marketing, preferably in [specific industry or type of product]. Experience with digital marketing and campaign management is highly desirable.
