What Youll Be Doing:
* Leading the daily running of a nursery room
* Creating a nurturing, stimulating environment that supports secure attachments
* Planning and delivering routines and activities based on the EYFS
* Providing responsive care that supports each childs emotional and physical needs
* Leading and coaching your room team with warmth and clarity
* Building strong partnerships with families
* Completing observations, assessments and progress tracking
* Supporting babies with additional needs and working with external professionals when required
* Ensuring a safe, clean and calm space for children to learn and grow
What Were Looking For:
* Level 3 childcare qualification (essential)
* Excellent understanding of the EYFS, child development and safeguarding
* Strong communication skills and a kind, reflective approach to leadership
* A team player whos ready to grow alongside a brand-new setting
