Clinical Assessor
Salary: £41,500 + 10% Bonus Scheme and Annual Salary Review
Start Dates: July, August
Location: Tunbridge Wells | Tonbridge | Crowborough
Hours: Monday to Friday | 08:30am - 17:00pm | 40 hours per week
(Part-Time Options Available after completion of training)
Are you a Registered Nurse (RGN, RN, RMN, RNLD) with:
* A minimum of 1 full year on your NMC registration, and
* At least 1 year of clinical practice in an adult setting?

About the Role:
You'll apply your clinical expertise in a non-treatment, non-diagnostic capacity, conducting evidence-based assessments to support individuals living with long-term health conditions or disabilities.
You will be responsible for:
* Conducting assessments for PIP (Personal Independent Assessor)
* Delivering assessments via telephone, video, or face-to-face
* Evaluating how physical or mental health conditions impact daily living
* Writing clear, evidence-based reports to support DWP decision-making
Flexible Working (After 6 Months)
* Manage your own diary within an 8am–8pm window
* Schedule assessments to suit your day between 8am–6pm
* Work to daily targets in a way that suits your routine
What You'll Need
* Valid NMC registration (RGN, RN, RMN, or RNLD)
* Minimum 1 year of current adult clinical experience
* Strong IT, documentation, and communication skills
* Attention to detail and the ability to write clear, factual reports
