Each JoJo store is unique, whether it’s trading over two floors, having a quirky layout, or being situated in an interesting location. Our stores have their own character. Our key differentiator in the retail world is the relationships we build with our customers, many of whom are loyal to our brand and local store teams. As a store associate, you’ll be the face of JoJo, providing excellent customer care and service that we are proud of. You’ll guide, inform, and assist customers in choosing from our wide range of clothing and products, whether they are expectant parents, grandparents, or friends and family.

A peek into your daily adventures:
* Helping customers in various situations, from bra fitting and maternity wear advice to demonstrating baby carriers.
* Preparing and managing Omni-Channel orders.
* Communicating with customers in-store and via phone regarding their orders.
* Utilizing digital and virtual learning platforms to develop your skills and product knowledge.
* Learning about new products to enhance sales opportunities.
* Listening actively to customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Keeping your store clean and well-presented.
A typical week involves 3 shifts of 4 hours each, with flexibility required based on store needs.
Skills that make you shine:
* Experience in retail, customer service, or sales.
* Proficiency with IT systems and quick adaptability to new technology.
* Ability to learn and communicate product information effectively.
* A proactive attitude towards self-development and curiosity about new products.
* Strong active listening, empathy, and understanding of customer needs—without hard sales tactics.
* Ability to work harmoniously within a small team.
* Flexibility to work in a retail environment open 7 days a week.
* Attention to detail and pride in maintaining store standards.
