What You’ll Do
* Lead by example, inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service and an unforgettable guest experience.
* Take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring food quality and service standards are met.
* Support and develop the team throughout the day-time rush and busy evenings.
* Serve as the face of Franco Manca, building strong relationships with customers and the local community.
* Manage budgets and business targets, ensuring health & safety standards are always met.
* Celebrate team successes.
